Die Quantenzukunft mitgestalten

Ende 2024 laufen die Förderungen für Quantentechnologie durch den Freistaat Thüringen aus. Um zum Hightech-Standort für Quantentechnologien zu werden, wurde eigenes das Forschungsnetzwerk „Quantum Hub Thüringen“ ins Leben gerufen. Was ist daraus geworden, wie ist der Stand heute? Die Referenten geben einen Überblick über die verschiedenen Teilgebiete der „zweiten Quantenrevolution“. Dazu zeigen sie auf, wie sich Unternehmen die neusten Erkenntnisse zu Nutze machen und ob sie die quantentechnologische Wertschöpfungskette mitgestalten können.

Kernfusion als alternative Energiequelle der Zukunft ist ein sehr präsentes Thema in den Medien. Weltweit überschlagen sich die Förderprojekte von Regierungen, um im Wettlauf nicht abgehängt zu werden. Nachdem auf der W3+ Fair in Wetzlar die Start-Up Szene einen Überblick präsentiert hat, wird in Jena ein erster Einblick in die notwendige Optikproduktion -optimierung vorgestellt. Der Optikstandort Deutschland mit seinen industriellen Fertigungen und den vorhandenen Verbindungen zu wissenschaftlichen Instituten ist seit Jahrzehnten im Bereich Fusion dabei und kann eine entscheidende Rolle in der Kommerzialisierung spielen.
