The environment of tech start-up ecosystems is where my passion lies. My journey began in 2012, when I started my professional career at the high-tech incubator HTSB. My work was flanked by leading research activities at Technical University of Dresden that have enabled me to explore the secret sauce of successful European tech ecosystems and tech incubators.

Today, it is a great pleasure to apply my knowledge and experience in supporting inventors become founders, high-tech innovators to increase their success and growth through access to investments and market and through internationalization as well as in supporting established companies with their successful transformation.
