Clemens Dicke holds a Master's degree in Mechatronics from Kaunas University of Technology. He joined son-x GmbH, where he played a key role in the development of the ultrasonic-assisted ultra-precision machining system UTS2 and later assumed technical responsibility for the platform. With approximately 12 years of experience in Single Point Diamond Turning (SPDT), particularly in ultrasonic-assisted machining, he has extensive expertise in the manufacturing of ultra-precision optics. In 2020, he was appointed Head of Systems, followed by his promotion to Head of Sales and Technology in 2024. Following the integration of son-x GmbH into Edmund Optics in 2025, he continues to serve in this role within the Edmund Optics organization.
