The 13th High Level Expert Meeting (HLEM) by UPOB, the Competence Center for Ultraprecise Surface Processing e.V. will take place on 28 and 29 MAR 2023 – parallel to the W3+ Fair in Wetzlar .
In the field of Asphere Metrology, many new advances have been made, new measurement methods have been developed and precision has been significantly improved.
In order to manufacture ultra-precise and high-tech optical components and to miniaturize them further, reliable and extremely precise measurement technology is required. The presented measurement systems and the results of interlaboratory tests show the enormous potential of this field of technology.
