Space travel in Hessen – ESOC and EUMETSAT in Darmstadt spring to mind. But Hessen has much more to offer: Around 50 chairs and professorships and over 100 companies deal with space-related topics, develop and produce or provide space-related services.

Panel discussion with Prof. Dr. Peter Klar(Justus Liebig University Giessen), Dr. Henrike Jakob(Technical University Darmstadt), Emre Dinler(Harmonic Drive SE), Dr. Thomas Reiter, former ESA space traveler and the Space Coordinator of the Hessian State Government, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Johann-Dietrich Wörner.
The subsequent get-together will provide an opportunity for a personal exchange with the panelists and the Head of the Office of the Space Coordinator of the Hessian State Government, Sabine S. Groth.
